Choose a product and open a card
Check the fees, minimum funding and supported use cases first.
Choose the right product
Open the card catalog and review the BIN, currency, restrictions, opening fee and minimum funding. Rules vary by product. Products marked Apply require you to explain the intended use and wait for approval.
Review the total
Select the quantity and initial amount. Check principal, opening fees, other fees and voucher deductions in the confirmation. Processing is not failure: check the card list, order and financial ledger before submitting another request.
Opening a card step by step
Open the card catalog from the navigation menu.
- Choose a product for the intended merchant; review currency, restrictions and minimum funding.
- For products marked Apply, submit the intended use and wait for permission.
- Enter the card quantity and initial funding amount.
- Review principal, opening fee, funding fees and the total after deductions.
- Submit once and follow the result.
If you have opening vouchers, check eligible products, the number of vouchers used and the deduction shown in the confirmation.
Check the result
A submitted request and a usable card are separate states.
- Look for the new card and its status in My cards.
- Check principal and fees in Finance without treating split entries as multiple openings.
- Keep the order ID while processing; check the existing request before submitting again.
Common issues
If the action is unavailable, check application requirements, wallet funds, minimum funding and quantity. If funds were debited but no card appeared, provide the order ID, product and time in a ticket so the final result can be checked.
