Protect your access from the first sign-in.
Create or access your account
Register on the official site with your email, password and invitation code if applicable. Complete verification and read the terms. Use your existing email to sign in rather than creating another account to solve a login problem.
Keep access secure
Set up two-step verification in Settings and keep recovery information safely. Never share passwords, verification codes, API keys or sessions in group chats. If locked out, contact official support with your account email and the exact error.
First settings after sign-in
Open Account settings from the avatar menu or sidebar.
- Check your account email and contact details.
- Choose a display timezone; the header also provides a shortcut.
- Choose a light or dark theme. On the new desktop interface, select sidebar or top navigation.
Display timezone changes how timestamps look. Daily limits and rebate periods still follow platform business rules.
Enable two-step verification
Use the two-step verification section in Settings.
- Start setup and scan the QR code or enter the secret in your authenticator.
- Enter the current code requested by the setup form.
- Confirm that verification is enabled and store recovery information safely.
Keep the setup QR code, secret and one-time codes out of screenshots and public tickets.
If you cannot sign in
Check the email, password, verification code and device time. Use the recovery options offered on the page. If you still cannot sign in, contact official support with the account email, time and error message instead of creating duplicate accounts.
