GPT direct top-up tutorial
Separate acceptance, payment confirmation and subscription results.
Before submitting
Choose the plan and region, provide credentials you are authorized to use, and complete preflight. Review the quote, fees and funding requirement. Card selection or funding may still be necessary after acceptance; accepted does not mean paid.
Follow the final status
Order details show stages, payment results and renewal status. A delayed webhook does not prove failure. Do not place another order solely because of a long wait. If the reported result differs from account benefits, send support the order ID without publicly sharing a session.
Create a direct top-up order
Open Direct Top-up from the navigation and select GPT.
- Choose an available subscription or credit package.
- Select the region and provide credentials you are authorized to use for preflight.
- Review the quote, fees and funding arrangement.
- If card selection is available, confirm the chosen card meets the requirements.
- Submit once and keep the order ID.
- Follow payment and entitlement confirmation in order details.
Never include sessions or access tokens in manuals or public screenshots.
Understand order stages
Acceptance, dispatch, card preparation, payment and entitlement confirmation are different stages.
- Follow the same order after acceptance.
- While funding or reconciliation is pending, wait for that operation’s result.
- After completion, verify the subscription or credits and the renewal status shown.
When the result differs from expectations
Keep the order ID and time if payment, entitlement or callback status disagree. Use order queries and support tickets rather than ordering again solely because processing took longer. Card reuse and replacement follow the selected options and product rules.
