Wallet balance versus card funding
Your platform wallet and the available card balance are separate.
Fund a specific card
After a wallet deposit, use the card details page to fund the card. Check the principal, fee and total wallet debit. A shared card may represent funds through an available spending limit rather than a standalone card wallet.
Pending reconciliation
If the wallet was debited but funding is under reconciliation, the upstream result is still being checked. Keep the operation ID and avoid immediately funding again. Wallet debits appear in Finance; card funds and transactions appear in card details.
Fund an existing card
Choose the intended card from My cards and open its details.
- Check the last four digits, product and status.
- Choose funding and enter the amount for that card.
- Review principal, fees and the total wallet debit.
- Submit and check the card funds when processing finishes.
Shared cards may represent funds as a spending limit. Availability and minimum amounts follow that card’s rules.
Check three records
Use the same card and operation ID for each check.
- The funding order shows processing status.
- Finance shows the wallet debit and fees.
- Card details show available funds and transactions.
Wallet debited but card funds not updated
A reconciliation status means the result is still being checked. Keep the operation ID and follow its progress. Avoid treating elapsed time as a final failure or immediately submitting another funding operation.
